If your printer isn’t working properly—or not working at all—we’ll diagnose the issue and discuss repair options with you before proceeding.

Common repair work:

FAQ

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. All servicing, repairs, and upgrades are by appointment only to ensure we can properly assess your printer.

What printers do you work on?

We primarily work on FDM / filament-based printers. This includes most hobbyist and prosumer machines, open-source printers, and custom builds.

If you’re unsure, contact us with your printer model.

Do you offer on-site or mobile repairs?

No. All services are performed in person at our location only. We do not currently offer mobile, on-site, or postal repairs.

How long will repairs take?

Turnaround time depends on the issue, printer condition, and parts availability. Simple repairs or servicing may be completed the same day, while more complex work may take longer.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. The initial assessment is free. We’ll explain what’s wrong and what it will cost before any paid work begins.

What if my printer isn’t worth repairing?

We’ll tell you honestly. If a repair isn’t economical or reliable, we won’t recommend proceeding.

Do you provide a warranty on repairs?

We stand by our workmanship, however we can’t guarantee against failures caused by worn components, poor-quality parts, or unrelated future issues.
